Full Stack Developer
We're looking for a full stack developer to help build and scale FilePulse. You'll work across the entire stack — from our backend services and infrastructure to the dashboard and customer-facing interfaces. Our backend is built with Rust, and you'll be expected to contribute meaningfully on that side.
What you'll work on
- Building and improving the core SFTP server infrastructure and file transfer engine
- Developing and maintaining the customer dashboard (Next.js / React)
- Designing and implementing REST APIs and webhook systems
- Improving reliability, performance, and observability across services
- Working on cloud storage integrations (S3, Azure Blob, GCS)
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with Rust — you're comfortable writing production-grade Rust code
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security protocols (SSH, TLS)
- Experience building web applications with React or Next.js
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Care about correctness, reliability, and code quality
Nice to have
- Experience with SFTP, FTP, or other file transfer protocols
- Background in security-focused software development
- Prior work on infrastructure-as-a-service or developer tooling products
Account Manager
We're looking for an account manager to own relationships with our growing customer base. You'll work directly with companies using FilePulse for business-critical file transfers — helping them succeed, expand their usage, and stay long-term. This is a hands-on role where you'll need to understand the product deeply.
What you'll work on
- Managing and growing relationships with existing enterprise and mid-market customers
- Owning renewals, upsells, and expansion conversations
- Running onboarding and technical handoffs for new customers
- Gathering product feedback and bringing customer insights to the team
- Working closely with the support team to resolve escalations
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of account management or customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Comfortable discussing technical topics with technical customers (developers, IT teams)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and hitting retention and expansion targets
- Self-starter who can work independently in a small team environment
Nice to have
- Background in infrastructure, developer tools, or security software
- Experience with enterprise file transfer or data integration workflows
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR)
