By accessing or using the FilePulse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FilePulse provides managed file transfer services, including SFTP and FTP server hosting, cloud storage integration, and related management tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to transfer illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or distribute malware. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Storage

You retain all rights to your data. FilePulse acts as a conduit for file transfers and does not claim ownership of any files transferred through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transfer the files you process through our service.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability for all services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include custom SLA agreements with defined uptime guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

FilePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
