Our stack
The file transfer engine is written in Rust. The web dashboard and API are built with React, TypeScript, and Next.js. We run on AWS with Docker and Terraform. We use PostgreSQL for data and integrate with S3, GCS, and Azure storage APIs.

Interview process
We keep it straightforward. The whole process typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Intro call (30 min)
We get to know each other. You learn about the role and we learn about your background and what you are looking for.

Technical conversation (60 min)
A hands-on discussion about real problems we have solved or are working on. No whiteboard algorithms. We want to see how you think about systems and trade-offs.

Paid trial project (1-2 days)
A small, scoped project related to the role. You work on it at your own pace and we pay for your time. This gives both sides a realistic sense of what working together looks like.

Senior Backend Engineer
Build and scale the core file transfer engine. You will work on SFTP/FTP protocol implementations in Rust, cloud storage integrations (S3, GCS, Azure), and high-throughput data streaming. You should be comfortable with systems programming, networking, and writing code that runs in production 24/7.
Frontend Engineer
Shape the web dashboard and management interface. You will build UIs for managing servers, users, storage backends, and real-time connection monitoring using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. You care about usability and can turn complex workflows into clean interfaces.
DevOps / Platform Engineer
Own the infrastructure that runs FilePulse for our customers. You will work on deployment automation, monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning. Our stack runs on AWS with Docker and Terraform. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure is a plus.
